FIIT (Fundación Interamericana de Investigación Tropical) works with rural communities to improve their quality of life through environmental education, sustainable agriculture, hunting regulation and the development of eco-friendly small businesses.

To promote the sustainable use of natural resources (water, soil, flora and wild fauna) in Guatemala, through research and management strategies for protected areas and agro systems.
